Precision

Tolerances

  • Normal Class: ±0.08 mm to ±0.10 mm. Standard functional application.
  • Reduced Class: ±0.04 mm to ±0.06 mm. Precision fits and critical assemblies.
  • Cavity Tolerance: ±0.02 mm. High dimensional precision. Subject to prior geometric assessment.
  • Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry and shrinkage. Confirmed in the technical quote.
Indicative lead times

Indicative lead times

  • Assessment and quote: Subject to project complexity.
  • DFM and insert design: 3–5 working days (depending on complexity).
  • Insert machining: 5–10 working days.
  • Injection and sample delivery: 2–5 additional days.
  • Indicative total: 2–4 weeks from quote approval.
  • Express service available. Please enquire about availability.
